How fast do transfers arrive?
Domestic transfers usually arrive within seconds, 24 hours a day, including weekends. International transfers typically arrive within hours, depending on the destination and the receiving bank. You’ll see the estimated arrival time before you send.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Before you confirm a payment, you see the exchange rate, our fee and exactly how much the recipient will receive. Currency conversion always starts from the mid-market rate, and receiving money into your account is free.
Is my money safe?
Customer funds are held separately from our own money with regulated partner banks. Your account is protected by encryption, two-factor sign-in and real-time monitoring for unusual activity.
Which countries and currencies do you support?
You can send money to more than 180 countries and hold, convert and send over 40 currencies. The full list of supported corridors is shown in your dashboard when you create a transfer.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. There are no long-term contracts on monthly plans, and you can close your account and withdraw your balance whenever you like.
Do you have an API?
Yes. Our REST API and webhooks let you create payments, send transfers, manage recipients and pull reports programmatically. Growth and Scale plans include full access.
